nice place to stay for a night or two rooms are mid sized close to shopping area
The service was impeccable. The valet was exceptional, parked next to a Mazaratri and Rolls Royce. Exquisite mints with a breathtaking veiw. The continental breakfast was steak and eggs and lobster bisque. We will be coming back, after we save enough money! It was complete experience to the finer things in life.

From all the crazy reviews you would think about staying away from this place but we pulled the trigger and rented a room anyway, I can honestly say it wasn't bad, I mean, there's a bed, microwave, tv, cable, refrigerator/freezer, stand up shower and decent size table. Room was clean, there was no roaches or mold, etc, there was a couple cigarette burns in the comforter, but that's no big deal. Other than that, I mean we didn't got here to hang out or live at the place, so just to sleep there is a no brainier, considering the cost of other places,

Gerri and Mr Smith stayed here many summers for a weekly vacation and John treated us like family. This was many years ago but we always had a good time. I'm not sure if John is still the owner. Mr Smith passed away this year but Shelton's was his favorite place to stay
